In addition, you can start taking vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin E capsules along with a healthily diet. Have more vegetables and fruits as well as do regular exercise and get enough sleep. You can also use the lemon balm tea, which has anti viral properties and is a natural cold sore cure.
